Brook-Lynn started her education journey by completing her undergraduate in Kinesiology at Ontario Tech University. In 2020 she obtained a Masters in Practice Diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton. Brook-Lynn has furthered her education by completing the Canadian Academy of Animal Osteopathy program and certificate of completion for the Treating Babies Apprenticeship.

Osteopathy looks at the body as a whole and assists the body to obtain proper alignment. This is done through a gentle manual approach using joint mobilization and soft-tissue treatment techniques. The body is thought of as a machine that needs all parts in proper working order to attain ultimate function. When misalignments are relieved, our bodies can self heal, and self regulate on their own. This means that all the pathways (nerves, arteries, veins and lymphatics) are not being compromised and can do their jobs for the body to function as a unit.

Brook-Lynn is a certified member of Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN). OSTCAN has the highest standards of education and practice for manual Osteopaths in Canada and adheres to the highest international standards in education and professionalism.
